The Rochester parade was canceled due to lightening and thunder. The kids were so bummed out. We had perfect seats in the shade and Emma was going to be walking in the parade. Maybe next year.Lake City, Waterski Days

It poured at the beginning of this parade too, but after 45 minutes it stopped and they started the parade. The kids were not going to go home without any candy. They were troopers.
